Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?

Can I pick up?
Yes, you can pick up from our studio in Carmel Valley Village. We provide special boxes for bouquets, but for larger orders, we recommend you bring boxes or crates for safe transportation.

Can I give you images of arrangements for inspiration?
Absolutely! You will have an opportunity to provide a link to your Pinterest board or to upload images during checkout.

What flowers will you use? Can I request specific flowers?
See our Flower Variety Guide to find out which flowers are typically in season at the time of your event. We do our very best to source special requests, however, flower availability changes daily for reasons outside of our control and we reserve the right to make substitutions as needed.

How far in advance do I need to order?
Please place your order at least 2 weeks ahead of your event. If your celebration came together last minute, not to worry. If our schedule allows, we're here for you!
No, we do not have a minimum. For elopements and smaller celebrations, we recommend ordering from our A La Carte Collection, shop here.
Any and all fees will be outlined in your initial proposal, including ACH bank transfer or credit card fees if applicable. Setup, delivery and breakdown fees are based on a percentage of the event subtotal, so those fees may increase accordingly if upgrades or additions are made to your floral order.
