You will be required to select the first delivery date for your flower subscription on the "Your Cart" page right before checkout. The day of the week you select for the first delivery will be the day of the week all future subscription deliveries will be made. You can change the delivery day anytime by logging into your account.

You will also be asked for the delivery address and phone number during checkout. You are able to change the recipient information and add a card message for future deliveries by logging into your account.

We deliver Monday–Saturday to Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley, Carmel Highlands, Big Sur, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove, Monterey, Seaside, Marina and parts of Salinas. We do not offer shipping or pick up at this time.

You will have the opportunity to include delivery specifics at checkout. For Carmel-by-the Sea, please enter the directional address, i.e. "Casanova 2SE of 7th," and the house name or a defining feature if available. While we do our best to meet delivery time requests, we do not guarantee timing as our schedule is affected by flower availability, order volume, required delivery routes, traffic, etc.

A complimentary Carmel Gardens enclosure card and envelope can be included with the first (or each) subscription arrangement you choose to send as a gift. You will have the opportunity to provide a personalized card message on the "Your Cart" page before checkout. You are able to change the card message for each delivery by logging into your account and adding the new message in the Notes section or by emailing us.

We know that sizing can be a bit subjective, however, we suggest:

Petite – Perfect for a nightstand, accent table or powder room counter

Medium – So lovely on a breakfast table or desk

Classic – Fantastic dining table centerpiece or on a console or kitchen counter

Large – A little extra for your dining table or entry table

Grand – Anywhere, anytime you want to make a statement

HOW IT WORKS:

Step One: Contact us at hello@carmelgardensfloral.com to let us know where to pick up.

Step Two: Leave your vase(s) outside.

Step Three: We will pick up when we're in your area next, typically within 2 business days.

Step Four: You will receive an email from us with a coupon code. Simply input that code at checkout when placing your next order to receive your discount. Coupon codes are good on all Carmel Gardens products and never expire.

Help your flowers live their best life by keeping them out of direct sunlight and heat. If you can, change the water daily and give the stems a quick trim. This will reduce bacteria in the water and allow your flowers to better hydrate. It's natural for some blooms to wilt sooner than others. Simply snip off dying flower heads to keep your arrangement looking fresh longer.
