You will be required to select a delivery date, Monday-Saturday, and provide details during checkout. We can typically accommodate same day orders placed before noon.

Our standard delivery range includes Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Valley, Carmel Highlands, Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove and Monterey. For Carmel-by-the Sea, enter the directional address, for example, "Casanova 2SE of 7th," and the house name or defining feature if available. Please contact us to confirm availability and pricing for Big Sur and other locations outside our standard delivery range.

Deliveries are typically made between 12-4pm. While we do our best to meet delivery time requests, we do not guarantee timing as our schedule is affected by flower availability, order volume, required delivery routes, traffic, etc. Priority or timed delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Help your flowers live their best life by keeping them out of direct sunlight and heat. If you can, change the water daily and give the stems a quick trim. This will reduce bacteria in the water and allow your flowers to better hydrate. It's natural for some blooms to wilt sooner than others. Simply snip off dying flower heads to keep your arrangement looking fresh longer.
